OUR MISSION
✓ Assisting eye programs in developing clinical and surgical eye services characterized by a commitment to excellence, service to the poor, teaching, local and international partnerships and a long-term goal of developing locally sustainable eye services that provide care to all who are in need regardless of race, religion or nationality.
✓ Motivating, inspiring and facilitating physicians, ophthalmic support staff and others to be active in eye care in under-served regions of the world.
✓ Serving as a resource gathering and funding organization for eye services around the world consistent with the characteristics noted above.
✓ Promoting and advocating excellence in international eye care and education.
We humbly acknowledge that the tasks above are challenging and give praise and thanks to God for the successes we have in our efforts to help the blind see.
